Is their anything else I can do to strengthen my psychic gifts?

I have been trying to strengthen my clairvoyance and clairaudience. I have noticed that I am picking up on hearing spirit more and more but not so much with the clairvoyant visions I mean I get an image every now and then but not as often as I would like. Lately I have noticed something new though,it almost looks like a bug flying by really fast but it disappears right in front of me and I can sense the presence of spirit when that happens. I also notice out of the corner of my eye I am seeing white whisps go by fast and light shimmers that I believe to be my guides and also grey shimmers too. Are these sighns of my spiritual enlightenment and if so what else should I expext or can I do to help progress further?
